Regional Sales Manager Job Description

This territory will cover the Western side of the United States including the states of California, Washington, Oregon, West Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Alaska & Hawaii. Plus, other select National Accounts.

Regional Sales Manager QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 Years Consultative Outside Sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Experience in B2B Sales working with Fleet Departments (Utility and/or Municipal Fleets a plus).
• Actively manage and grow a dedicated sales territory that includes a pre-existing customer base.
• A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Technical experience with truck mounted equipment a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated and results oriented.
• Time and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Work well with other team members in person and long distance.
• Ability to travel within a specified domestic territory overnight as required and self-managed.
• Participate in Trade shows as required.
• Computer literate with experience using Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM.
